Picnic Tacos w/ Roasted Golden Spiced Cauliflower, Vegetarian Chilli, Avo & Greens + Homemade Sweet Potato Crisps
TUESDAY-
Tofu & Potato Coconut Curry w/ Steamed Rice
(recipe note: we don't have a microwave so I popped the potatoes in with the stock and cooked them for 10 mins then added coconut milk and cooked for the further 10 until they were tender.)
WEDNESDAY-
Spring Onion Pancakes & Sweet Soy Noodles w/ Vegetables
THURSDAY-
Vegan G.F Pasta Bake w/ Tofu 'Cottage Cheese' & Spinach + Napoli Sauce
