Stacey is a pre-service teacher and a birthday cake specialist for friends and family. She has been a vegetarian since the days before you could buy tofu at the local supermarket and a lover and maker of all baked goods. She lives in Melbourne with her husband and her daughter, their cat, 3 chickens....and some goldfish.
